There has been an explosion of cloud services as organizations take advantage their continuity, predictability, well quality service and it raises the concern about latency, energy-efficiency, security. This increase in demand requires new configurations networks, products, operators. For this purpose, software-defined network is efficient technology that enables to support future functions along with intelligent applications packet optimization. work analyzes offline scenario which machines are efficiently deployed scheduled for user processing requests. Performance evaluated terms reducing bandwidth, task execution times latencies, increasing throughput. A minimum time algorithm used compute completion all available resources allocated virtual machine lion optimization applied packets a environment. The proposed shown improve throughput latency rate.
